You cam expect a response from a staff member within 24 hours from the sending time. If a response is not sent within 24 hours, please send a follow up during standard working hours (10AM - 9PM EST) to receive a faster response.

WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?

Any item with the exception of wrap kits and affiliate items can be returned (exceptions can be provided by staff over email).

If a customer ordered the wrong color, or simply does not want the item anymore, they will be charged for shipping and restocking fees. If the item was sent in the wrong color or arrived in bad condition, ExW and its affiliates will assume all fees necessary.

An item must be in brand new, unopened and untouched condition in order to be eligible for a returm (picture/video proof will be necessary).

Once we have received the item and confirmed its brand new (or bad condition depending on situation), only then will a refund/replacement be provided. A partial refund may apply to items not appearing as sent in the original images sent to staff by the customer.

HOW FAST IS SHIPPING?

Shipping times depend on product stock, affiliate timing, holiday season, and preorder lead times.

Preorder rough estimate lead times are always stated in description, however you can contact us or any staff member for a more exact lead time.

Some affiliate items not marked as preorder can take up to 1 week to ship out, however most ship within a few days,

All in stock ExW sold items ship same/next day.

CAN I GET SPONSORED?

We do have an affiliate sponsorship program that is currently taking on new affiliates.

By purchasing something to promote on social media or in person, then contacting our staff with your order #, we can make you a custom discount code for most of our products storewide.

If the code does good, we will send out more free parts for you to make content with and review, and once the code does exceptionally well we can even pay commision.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?

All products sold on ExW are shipped from USA.

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

Yes. Any item that has not yet been shipped can be changed or cancelled. Once an item has been shipped, please refer to the return policy for further instruction.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, most ExW parts are available for international shipping, however some are not.

If you'd like to order a part on the website that says "This item cannot be delivered to your area" at checkout, please contact our staff and they will assist you in allowing you to order.
