Shipping Policy
All orders in the USA ship using USPS. If you need a different carrier please let us know before you purchase (there will be an additional $5 fee for all other carriers).
REFUNDS:
Refunds (if applicable) are issued within 2 days after we receive the item. Once we issue your refund, it takes 3-10 business days for your financial institution to make funds available in your account. A partial or zero refund may apply based on returned item condition as per our policy. All preorder cancellations after 48 hours from time of order are subject to a 25% fee. An email must be sent within the 48 hours of time of order, otherwise the fee will be charged. If a preorder has not been fulfilled by the end of the lead time stated in the product description, a full refund (if requested by customer) will be honored.
RETURNS
Product returns must meet the following criteria:
-Product is in brand new, unused condition (1)
-Product is damaged (2)
-Wrong product was sent (3)
If the wrong product was sent, or the product was damaged PRIOR to opening the package, ExWorks will cover all shipping fees. Should the customer simply not want the product anymore, they must cover the shipping fee and the 15% restocking fee.
SHIPPING
All in stock orders are typically shipped within 7 days max. In stock orders can be cancelled at no cost to you with a full refund.
Once item is shipped, ExWorks is not responsible for packages lost in transit or delivered to a wrong or incorrect address. If the item says it has been delivered, and you have not received it, please contact your local USPS immediately.
