Shipping Policy
All orders in the USA ship using USPS. If you need a different carrier please let us know before you purchase (there will be an additional $5 fee for all other carriers).
REFUNDS:
Refunds (if applicable) are issued within 2 days after we receive the item. Once we issue your refund, it takes 3-10 business days for your financial institution to make funds available in your account. A partial or zero refund may apply based on returned item condition as per our policy. All preorder cancellations after 48 hours from time of order are subject to a 25% fee. An email must be sent within the 48 hours of time of order, otherwise the fee will be charged. If a preorder has not been fulfilled by the end of the lead time stated in the product description, a full refund (if requested by customer) will be honored. All ExWorks products that are not currently on preorder at time of order, will be refundable at no fee, unless the order has already shipped.
AFFILIATE ITEMS:
Many of the items on the ExWorks website are not shipped by ExWorks and ExWorks holds no inventory on these products. We are retailers for other brands and they are shipping those out. ALL retailer affiliate items, wether preorder or not are subject to a 25% cancellation fee if requested by email after 48 hours from the time of initial purchase/initial full payment made. There are no returns allowed on retailer items sold by us, unless said so otherwise.
RETURNS
Product returns must meet the following criteria:
-Product is in brand new, unused condition (1)
-Product is damaged (2)
-Wrong product was sent (3)
If the wrong product was sent, or the product was damaged PRIOR to opening the package, ExWorks will cover all shipping fees. Should the customer simply not want the product anymore, they must cover the shipping fee and the 25% restocking fee.
PREORDERS AND CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS
All preorders have a given lead time in the description. Should a customer request a refund while within the given lead time, and it be after 48 hours from purchase, the customer will be charged a 25% preorder cancellation fee. When purchasing a preorder item, the customer acknowledges and agrees to wait the given lead time. Should the item exceed the maximum given lead time and still not have been shipped, the customer may receive a full refund with no fee upon request. Since ExWorks offers a full refund as stated, should the customer dispute an order while still in the given lead time, ExWorks reserves the right to fight the dispute. (Please note that disputes seriously harms small businesses like ours, we kindly ask that you contact us instead of disputing immediately, and we will do our best to resolve your issue as per our policy)
SHIPPING
All in stock orders are typically shipped within 7 days max. In stock orders can be cancelled at no cost to you with a full refund.
Once item is shipped, ExWorks is not responsible for packages lost in transit or delivered to a wrong or incorrect address. If the item says it has been delivered, and you have not received it, please contact your local USPS immediately.
