Yes. It works with both belt-drive and chain-drive setups when the bike retains its factory motor.
Will it fit an aftermarket motor?
No. This V1 cover is designed specifically for the factory Talaria XXX/X3 motor.
Are mounting brackets required?
No. It mounts directly using the factory motor bolts without additional brackets or zip ties.
What does the lifetime warranty cover?
If the cover breaks, ExWorks will replace it free of charge, regardless of how it broke.
The ExWorks V1 Talaria XXX Metal Motor Cover replaces the factory plastic cover with a stronger, precision-machined upgrade designed for protection and customization. CNC-machined from billet 6061 aluminum, it helps shield the factory motor while giving the Talaria X3 a clean, aggressive appearance.
Unlike universal Talaria motor guards that require brackets, zip ties, or improvised mounting hardware, the ExWorks V1 is engineered as a direct bolt-on replacement. It reuses the factory motor bolts and remains compatible with both belt-drive and chain-drive configurations.

Choosing your chrome finish
Silver has a clean, matte anodized finish with minimal reflection.
Magchrome retains visible CNC machining marks beneath a magnetically polished surface. It is bright and glossy without producing a complete mirror effect.
Mirror Chrome uses a triple-plated chrome finish to create the clearest, most reflective appearance.
Every Talaria XXX aluminum motor cover is backed by ExWorks’ no-exclusions lifetime replacement warranty. If the cover breaks, ExWorks will replace it free of charge, regardless of how the damage occurred.
This cover is intended for factory Talaria XXX/X3 motors only. Riders using an aftermarket motor should select the compatible Surron X and E-Ride Pro Metal Motor Cover. Riders who prefer a lightweight alternative can view the Talaria XXX Plastic Motor Cover.
